  1. Mariano Cabral Said,

    For Woody Allen:
    BORGES AND THE INFINITE TANGO
Tango, Buenos Aires, the hoodlums and guitar are issues that are reiterated in the work of Jorge Luis Borges.
The idea of this show is to cross the music of great composers like Salgán, Delfino, Troilo, Piazzolla, Greco, Bardi, De Caro, Arolas, Carlevaro Aroztegui Tuegols and the words of the great writer, in a game where the spoken voice is as an instrument, like a voice and guitar duo, also the guitar, so these related texts, seems also to speak and say other things, or the same otherwise. It then involves a conversation in which language plays as music and the guitar is also involved as lenguaje.Y in which Borges speaks about a thousand ways to “Infinite Tango” (As he says in his sonnet “Sonnet for a tango that evening, “published in the magazine” Faces and Masks “in 1926)
